Cupping is an ancient therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine that
uses suction to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians, helping
regulate the flow of qi and blood. It is commonly used to relieve
muscle pain, improve circulation, boost immunity, and treat conditions
like rheumatism, digestive issues, and respiratory problems.
The therapy involves placing heated or suction cups on the skin to
create negative pressure. This may leave temporary marks, varying in
color depending on the individual’s body condition, which usually fade
in a few days. After treatment, patients are advised to stay warm,
avoid cold food or drinks for few hours, and refrain from physical
activity during that period to support the healing process. Contact
